Country of origin: Native to Australia. A newly found tree in about 2005

Germination method: You can put seeds into the ground in the casing, but they will take longer to germinate. You can put in a nut-cracker, preferably to open the casing to access the smaller seeds inside to plant. You can slightly hit with a hammer to crack the outer casing enough for 0the inner seeds to germinate easier.
