Germination method:

1. Lightly sand the seed and nick with a knife before planting, place in hot water and soak for 24 hours.
2. Plant in well-drained, slightly acidic soil just under the surface, and cover with plastic wrap to keep warm until they germinate.
3. Water regularly until established.
