- Small salt-tolerant shrub
- Growth habit: horizontal or flat growth along the ground

- Flowers: Bright yellow long spikes
- Prefers free-draining sandy/loamy soil, stabilises sand dunes along the coast, tolerates salt spray

Acacia seed propagation
1. Place seeds in a glass bowl or heatproof container.
2. Pour boiling water over the seed, enough to cover the seed.
3. Leave overnight.
4. Fill a pot or container with seed-raising mix.
5. Place the seeds on top of the soil and push gently to just cover the seeds.
6. Place in a warm, sunny position.
7. Water in well and keep moist.
